Okay so I backed up EVERY file on my harddrive to a backup drive and then formatted and reinstalled windows.

Now I had about 80 emails in my inbox that I hadn't deleted yet and I want them back...

Now the back up still has the original .DBX files that outlook uses to create it's inbox, outbox, sent items, etc. Is there any ways I can get my new outlook install to read these files?

Where would I need to put them in order for me to get those emails back?

Open Outlook,Click on file and move down to import, messages. It will ask for you to chose the mail service like oe6,tick main identity and browse to the location. This can also be done for the address book.

OMG if you were here (and a super hott girl) I would kiss you!

Thank you so much!

I tried that before and for some odd reason it didn't work!
