F@H Proposition to the IT Dept

At one point Arkaine or Wedo created a document which was aiming to convince an IT department to allow F@H to be installed. I have been trying to locate that document but have no idea where to start looking or what to search for.

Does anyone know of this document and could you point me to it plz ?

I haven't heard of that document, but I couldn't imagine trying to convince my IT department that I work in to install F@H being that we are a FDA Regulated/GMP site. It'd actually probably have to be validated, which actually sounds kind of funny. They allow me on just my own couple of PC's at my desk, but that's only because if they break, I fix them myself.
