I dont have the funding to get this done, i just think it would be a good idea. if it works. Plus i dont know if it would go in extreme cooling or liquid cooling. But any way, I was wondering if you could make a radiatorless liquid cooling set up if you got some extra waterblocks and stuck some peltier cooling chips on them? that is with the cold side on the waterblock and the hot side facing out. It would be impractical since you would have heatsinks/fans on the end of tubing flopping around the inside of your case. but would it work?
 
you'd need a 226w pelt.. or something equal, you'd have more resistance, you'd need to cool the hot side of the pelt(with what? air?) plus it would make your electricity bill higher

Swiftec has a cooler like that.. but it is commonly seen as impractical
