I'm upgrading my whole system but I'm still keeping my 2 hard drives from my previous system.

I’m getting a new processor, motherboard, psu, ram, and video card.

Should I re-install windows or just wipe all my drivers in windows? What's the best way to do this?

Third agree ...

Always best to do a fresh install with new a system (or mobo) . You'll save alot of time/headaches by doing so .You've got a new system most likely to improve performace , so why cheat yourself now by impeeding that new system's performance with old/files/drivers and such . A clean slate is always best .

You'll also save more time just reinstalling it as well then trying to work out some of the issues of a whole system swap.
