g-skill,super talent or teamgroup 2x1gb ddr2 800?

my next upgrade will be abit awd9-max,x1900xt or 7900gt and one of the above unless someone has something better in mind for around 3 bills (<--im willing to go higher if need be)?ive done as much research as i can on each of them and i am torn.i really like the 3-3-3-8 teamgroup but its sooo expensive.on the otherhand the g skill and super talent look pretty nice for $300.i would like to hit 3-3.4 on my 6600 with a solid 24/7 oc.
i may wait to upgrade mb and vc until dx10 but i would like to get some solid ddr2 sometime soon.
