Need free Package tracker software


Hi there, I kinda guess there are some computer that got infected by the virus
in my network and they used the whole bandwidth

is there anyway to track where the package goes in and out?

we are using T1 and we have 20+ computer, and when we call the provider they only able to said the bandwidth is max up but they not able to tell which one is using it

any free software that able to track this ?

do you guys know how I should configure this

right now, My T1 line go straight to 48 port router then go to another 48 router

and from my understanding I have to get a computer connected to the T1 straight and then this computer connect to the router so others computer still able to access the internet
please correct me if I'm wrong

one of my computer has 2 network card already, so if I plug 1 straight to T1 line and 1 to Router.. are the other computer plug to router still have internet access?

I'm kinda new to this whole network and package tracer thing so any advice will be great
