Windows Vista RC1 Install Error

I am trying to install Vista RC1x64 on my PC, but everytime I enter my Key, i click next and is says install.wim is missing or corrupt. I have tried cleaning the CD, and using different CD's and drives. Any ideas? 32 bit installs just fine, and btw, it is a 64 bit processor.
