Why shouldnt one go over 1.6 volts?Right now Im at 1.6volts for a 3.0 OC on my SD 3700+. My temps are about 43c while I'm prime95'in.

Damn, my prime95 test failed after 44 minutes. :(. Anyone have any suggestions . I'm already at 1.6volts.

3.0GHz is a pretty high OC man. I am stuck at 2.6 and pretty happy with it.

Can try locking your PCI clock at 33.33 and up your nF4 voltage.

Well Im not getting temps higher than 45c during stress testing. So is there a problem if I go higher than 1.6v? I dont feel like trashing my 3700 because its a nice core. Its almost stable I got to test 4 and then it crapped itself.

Keep it at 3.0GHz, or even 2.9 is still a KILLER overclock man.

Your the king if you can stabalize that.

i guess call me King Smoke then. 3ghz at 1.54 volts temps topping out around 46 degrees (on air) running stable for a month or so now

:( .... Whats your voltage? I'm about to start stress testing at 1.632 volts

Pushed all the way up to 1.5 and nothing stable. Can boot into windows, but can't get it stable. Someone said it could be nF4 needs more voltage, but the A8N-SLI D doesn't have that option in BIOS. I would need to flash it to a Premium which is a little scary for my liking.
