question about more than one user in xp

im having problems with xp remembering my password for the internet connection everytime i go to connect to the internet i have to type my id and password.i have 4 different users on my computer and would like to know how i can take off the other 3 users cause on another system with only 1 user it seems to remember the internet connection password.

To delete an account:

Control Panel - User Accounts - or Pcik an Account to Change

And then choose to delete the account.
