If and when 4gb mini sd available

Does anyone know if and when 4gb MINI sd flash memory will be coming out?

The small size is currently limiting those being sold at 2gb max when other sizes like SD, and compact flash are coming in at 8-16gb already.

eBay!

http://cgi.ebay.com/4GB-MiniSD-Memor...QQcmdZViewItem

I searched eBay for 4GB mini sd and there was 11 found, anywhere from $70.00 to $220.00 USD.

Another thing just try Froogle and Shopping comparison places and look around, hard to find mini since most are the compact versions, but I have seen a few 4GB minis.
