what do you think would be the best CPU heatsink for a AMD 4000mhz san diego core inside of a coolermaster stacker would be?the old one stc101.

i was looking at the ninja the infinity or the thermalright si128? what do you think would be best and where is the cheapest price that accepts paypal? thanks
