help with new card selection

soo im having trouble on which video card to choose.
i have found a BFG GeForce™ 6600 GT OC on ebay ending in 3 hours or the Radeon X600 SE ending in 6 hours both in my price range. im afraid if i dont take the 6600GT ill be outbid on the X600. so which card do you think is better?

The 6600GT is about twice as powerful as the X600.
