Text Shimmers when scrolled

I have heard that this has something to do with the Radeon and Trinitron monitors, which i have. I have radeon tweaker and i checked the use slower edges box, thats supposed to fix it, but it didnt. Any ideas.

try pulling back a little on the overclock
i have the same card and if i try to push it too far the text does weird things in windows
