need a decent P3 motherboard, cheap!

I was reading a review of the Shuttle AK31 the other day, and what struck me was that it was a great board for very little money. Then I see an ECS board review, an ok board for only $60!!

Is there anything in the Intel Celeron/P3 world that is comparable? A decent overclocking motherboard for $80 or less? It's time for me to upgrade an old system, I'd like to know what's out there that has good OC features and won't break the bank.

I'm not interested in any old boards, i.e. no 440BX suggestions please- I already have a BE6-II anyways.

Abit VH6-II can be had in the $70 range. Newegg had refurbs for $49 but mine was fubar when I got it and they haven't had any since.

MSI 815EP Pro Lite was what I almost got. Not sure how many overclocking functions it has but might be decent for a Celeron. It's in the $65+ range.
