which cpu?

im planning to build a computer for my sis for christmas!
She is not a GAMER/ OVERCLOCKER she only does surfing, photoshop, some CD burning, maybe some adobe in design.

Iam debating on a cpu, on ebay i saw a X2 3800 cpu for $130 or i can get a singel core 3700+ for $60 or what i have a 3500+ for $ 50

What do you guys think?

3500 is more then enough for an internet box. But if you go with the x2 now, you wont have to upgrade the machine should her needs increase.

While I agree with Neur0mancer's post, I would just like to add that she would benefit from 2 gigs of ram for games and Photoshop, so if you have to pick between the dual core and extra ram the ram might be more beneficial for her type of use.
