Hi guys.

It seems that my CPU sensor is giving false results. I'm throttling even though the full load temps never exceed 48-50c.

So I guess the core temp is much higher and that's the reason I'm throttling. Is there any way to check the true CORE temp on a pentium D 805? TAT doesn't work on it.

TAT and Coretemp shouldn't work IIRC the first Intel desktop cpu's with a internal thermister are Core 2 Duos.

Have you confirmed that your trottling with trottlewatch?

It could be your fets rather then your CPU overheating as well.
