Well I can't tell stories with cool pics like nahmus so I'll just tell about our day. Jonspd came to my house around 2pm. We then set out on our journey to find some braided sleeving for his phase system. First we went to fry's. Nobody knew what the hell we were talking about then we finally found some on our own but it was way too small. However, jon got a great deal on a 3 pack of compressed air. Then we went to microcenter. Again, they had it but it was all too small. So on the way back to my house we stopped at a place called cable depot. The guy finally knew what we were talking about (for once!) but did not know where to get any locally...So begins our adventure.
We drove across town to graybar, where several hot girls seemed to work (maybe they worked there, they were leaving). And they had a nice roll of exactly what we were searching for, it seemed our quest had ended. However, upon further inspection it seemed this too was too small. They sent us to another store, where the people again had no idea what we were looking for. Jon described it as looking like chinese finger-cuffs. So the guy working there told us to go to spencer's. We drove down the road a little ways and went to a fiber cable store. We thought for sure these morons would know what we were looking for. After we explain it in six different ways one of the guys working there asks if we're looking for a SEX TOY!!! We leave and go to pepboys where jon could have gotten a great deal on our desired item, but it was red. "I don't want red," jon told the store manager. The store manager told us to drive north about an hour and we would probably find some. We kindly thanked the man and went on our way. In a last-ditch attempt, we fought traffic and a bitter cold blizzard, driving across town to harbor freight. While they had nothing close to what we were looking for, they did have all kinds of cool stuff for really cheap. We definately must stop there again when we have more time and money to spend.
We got back to my house and jon had to go home.
If anyone has any 1.5" or bigger braided sleeving they could drop in an envelope and mail to jonspd, we would really appreciate it, it seems the stuff absolutely cannot be found locally.

I gave up trying to find any computer parts around here. I wish I knew where you could find some online... but all the places I've looked have come up short.
