A8R32-MVP Deluxe cold boot issue

Hello everyone!

Just got that Motherboard.Installed flashed it to 0603 bios.
I have 2 gig of OCZ platinum 3200 series 1(2-3-2-5-1T)
Opteron 175
ATI X1950 Pro
700 W power supply (Enermax)

I have OC to 245X11 with divider @186 with 2.5-4-3-8-1T
It is stable but everytime I do a cold boot, it gives me a series of constant beep, all equals and non stop.
I have to shut down and reboot.
I then have to press F1 and save my bios setting.
Then it reboot withour any problems...

Anyone knows what the beep means?
Anyone had that happened?
Anyone with a solution?

Did it do this after first building it and all settings were stock?

Yes, I have disabled all the extra voltage, set my OCZ ddr to 2.7v, CPU to 1.35v, enable acpi 2.0,...desperate...

where did you get that 0603 bios? i am still on 0602...
