Is there going to be any more drops/sales on DC chips or is this it?

I've been waiting patiently to get a dual core since I don't really need one but I'd like to get my system there before the vista release. Basically since I have a 939 setup I was thinking that I would see $100 chips here at some point but they seem to be holding steady. Not sure if I should get one soon in case they sell out or something.

I'm going to hold out on this system until the next AMD chips come out (if they are fast) and skip conroe all together since this setup is only 6 months old anyway and is plenty fast for what I do.

Best bet is the classies until the next round of new chips arrive.

theres already a topic up about am2, am2+, am3 and an unknown socket for the Cerberus core (???) all in the next two years. prices will drop and speed will rise.
