Well, apart from calling me at 6:00am to give me some information that they had already sent to my email, Konica-Minolta provided excellent technical service. I needed to RMA my 2400W Laser Printer, and not only did they send me a new printer first, but they are paying for shipping both ways (granted I would be very annoyed if they didn't).
Also, the package only took 2 days to arrive from New Jersey and this is a 50lb printer, so shipping is costing them more than the printer is worth.
I have to admit I am impressed with this, especially considering the hassles I've gone through with other companies.
