I know some people vent by running and whatnot, but just curious as to if any of you have weird ways of venting after a stressful day of work or school.

As for me, i'm into running, working out, boxing, making love, and drinking.

Which don't mind me. 4 hours of working on a paper + lack of sleep + Bud light + 4 shots of Tequila + 1 shot of 151 == weeeeeeeee

And yes, i'm of age so shush.

I do various things, punching bags, chop wood, just pick something up and beat the crap out of something else, outside though never inside and I do this away from people.

I play an FPS or other game where things esplode.
I drive back roads to relax... but never drive when drunk.

If ive had a really bad day, the GF can help out with some angry cardio ;-)

I've been known to punch cinder block walls...I really need to stop doing that. I've broken a few of them before, but usually just end up hurting my hands. Usually, that's when I'm mad about a woman, whether it's something that just happened, or just something that reminded me of a past situation. Drinking is good if I'm stressed due to exhaustion, but I don't drink when I'm angry, otherwise I end up depressed.

Working out and lately, playing guitar. I could say I listen to music to cool off, but I listen to music all the time, so I suppose that doesn't count.

I love to Beat the Skins (on more than one level ). Something about making music (specifically Rhythm) with your hands just really does it for me. It has worked for 24 years, so I can't kock it!

Aside from that, working on my bands' projects on the PC, DIY Pro-Audio is also really fun, and of course building/tweaking PC's

If those can't make me forget about my problems, than I have some SERIOUS issues going on...
