Need some advise

I found that BB has the ATI x1950pro for 199.99. I have a PNY 7900gs that I got for ~150.00. I was thinking about returning it and getting the x1950pro, but not sure if it's worth the extra 50 bucks. I know that the ATI uses more power than the PNY, currently using an Enermax 535 watt with 18A dual 12 volt rails (should be fine). I believe that neither ocs well. At least the PNY 7900gs doesn't. So what are some thoughts please.
