What is a cold/hard/warm boot?


I hear these terms used often but I'm unsure if I have experienced it because I don't really know what it means...

a cold boot is when you start up ur computer with the power button think of it as the computers cold becuase it hasnt been run for awile. Warm boot is when you restart the computer with the power button or restart button.
