Overclock AMD - please!

I want to overclock my AMD system and i want to know how to do it!
MB Via, KX133, ATA 100
CPU Athlon K7-650 MHZ, SLOT A, 512 cache
128 MB
TNT2 M64 - 32MB
etc.
I want to overclock my video card too!
Can someone help me, please?
I am a beginner and i want details (step by step)!!!

Welcome! I would start with the beginner guides, here:

I do not know anything about your particular motherboard, so I can't be much help at this point. However, you might want to try to familiarize yourself with some of the basics, then look through your motherboard manual and look for jumpers that control the front side bus, multipliers, voltages. Also, look for those same things in your BIOS. This will help you understand what options you may have.

Also, rember that overclocking may damage your computer, so keep that in mind.
