Time for a new monitor?

Well while I was burning a backup of a movie my monitor started flashing. I get back home from getting a Christmas tree and the screen is pink. So my question is it is time for a new one? The specs on it is a 17in. Wytech LCD(I guess it's the housebrand for Futureshop...) If anyone could let me know what's up I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Might be the monitor.. Might be your video card though too.. see if you can borrow another monitor and see if it does the same thing, if it does then its probably your video card.
