USB problem


WOndering if someone could help me, every time that i plug in the USB cable for my printer. the mouse and keyboard lock up and i am unable to use the machine, but then if i unplug the printer the mouse and keyboard begin to work again???


Any ideas anyone, Please!

Try unplugging all USB devices you've got connected to the machine and then plugging them all back in again. Hopefully, making Windows look for all these devices again will clear the conflict.

Try a new cable? or a different port (on a different hub)
