Need help Choosing RAM for CPU build

Sorry if make a mistake I am new and just wanted an opinion on what ram i should get.

I have an ASUS P5W DH deluxe motherboard, E6700, XFX 7900GTX and I was wondering what RAM is best for OC the E6700. I bought a Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400C4 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145034 but one of the RAM is defective so i returned it. Now I am wondering if i should stick to that RAM or try the Super Talent http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820609026
OCZ XTC Platinum or the Titanium http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227089
or ne other suggestions and I am willing to put $200-$300 for it.
