PCI card for printer

My uncle just recieved a new dell computer and the motherboard does not have a printer port. Is there a pci card or some sort of printer port to USB connector that I could buy for it? If so could someone show me a link to where this would be sold?

You can pick up usb to 'printer port' converters pretty cheap on ebay, but be careful as they will not work for multi function printers or parallel scanners, I think is because they are output only. If you need to use one of these devices you should be able to use one of these Hope this helps
