I think there was a tour of the foxcon factory last year online around the time of the last CES convention.

bit-tech had something like this awhile back ill look for it and then edit in a link. It basically shows how a motherboard is made from the ground up.

LOL I've been doing this stuff for 20 years.

BTW the holes aren't drilled until after all the inner layers are etched and laminated together except for the occasional blind via hole.

Now I work where they place all the surface mount and through hole components on the boards.
