need help bridging connections in OS X

hey guys, me again.

i made a thread awhile ago asking how to get my desktop to get internet connection using my Apple G4 and was told to get a crossover cable and bridge the connections in the Apple. But i can find where to bridge the connections, any help would be much appreciated

ok so i got the got the apple bridged, but i still cant connect to the internet via the desktop...now what??
