New Ram, Pick one..

Ok ppl im gonna buy new ram... out of these two kits i need some advice.. or pointed to a better deal.

my budget is around 300. My goal is a Garrentyed 1000mhz.

I've read somewhere that passed 800mhz, your system won't get
so much profit of the speed.
I have chosen Geil 4.4.4.4.12(800) ultra, they seem alright

^^ ahh yes that maybe true but i have a low multi CPU and a 965P board therefor i have no downward dividers

I bought some Crucial 6400 ballistix today.. It seems like they're the only sure bet on micron d9's..
I like OCZ'z but their micron's are way too expensive.
