Need help with my clocks :(

I have the Sapphire X1950 XT. I just installed ATI Tray Tools and in ATI Overdrive 3 it says..

GPU Overclocking - Requested Clock 621
Current Clock 499.50

Memory Overclocking - Requested Clock 891
Current Clock 594

GPU Voltage - Requested 1.45
Current 1.20

Why is everything lower than what it's supposed to be?

Someone please help

dont disable the ATIhotkeypoller and it should switch to the higher clocks during 3d stuff....

or just do what I did, and overclock it to 625/900 and save it as a profile in traytools that loads upon windows startup.

I did disable the ATI hotkey poller... that actually effects it? interesting.. I'll have to try it when I go back home tomorrow, at fiance's atm.
