I was just flipping the fan around in a PSU and now I get constant reboots. The system would power up for like 5 secs and then shuts off for like 3 secs then powers up again. Does this mean I killed the PSU? or might it be a lose connection somewhere?

This is a Shuttle SFF system. Any help would be much appreciated.

you might just be hitting overload temps.. you changed wich direction the fan was running or you swapped out fans?

what PSU is it? make and model (if its one thats not discussed around here alot UL# would help)?
