Im looking into getting an 8800gtx and read up that it requires anywhere from 22a to 28a. Ive got an antec neo he 550 which is 3 rails at 18a each. Will I still be able to power an 8800gtx

and so you know, you can't add the amperage of each rail to get what 1 rail could possibly use. They are limited at the amperage listed regardless of what the other rails are/aren't using AFAIK

It will power your system. Might not want to add to much to your system like and additional 8800 that will stress the psu. Theres some stuff going around about Antec and bad quality components in their power supplies. Not sure if your model is affected or not.
