I just purchased the following....
Athlon 64 3700+ ADA3700DKA5CF CCBWE 0549TPMW
DFI LanParty UT nF4-D Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard

I already have a brand new Antec 400W psu and was trying to get away without purchasing a brand new one. I am running a XFX 7800GS w/passive cooling. Am I SOL or can I live with this PSU for a while?
I won't be builiding my rig until I know.

it is a brand new Antec, I though I would try some slightoverclocking, but nothing drastic, may try to hit 2.6

Try it and see what happens. The worst that could happen, is that you start to get random reboots or see the voltage rails dipping. If thats the case, then worry about replacing it. I think you could get away with it.
