ati 1900xl - ATI overdrive capabilities have not been properly initalized yet. Please

I keep getting this message when i try and do my overclocks, any ideas ?

I run Ati CCC and ATi tray tools.

Have you deleted \windows\system32\ati2evxx.dll?

btw, there's no such thing as X1900XL...

CCC and ATiTrayTools do not play nice together. Choose one or the other.

What is that ? I have a few of them (look at pics)

I deleted all drivers then reinstall new drivers with ATItool and it does the same thing.

I get that error if I do not have ATI HotKey Poller and ATI Smart enabled in MSConfig. Make sure both are enabled.
