Extracting files from multiple folders

I've been taking all my CD's that I'm about ready to chunk and putting the music on my computer. Right now they are all sitting on a 120gb folder. I've been using two drives at a time to save them in mp3 format. However the program saves them always into their own folders. I have about 40 folders with a cd full of songs in each one. Is there a way I could select all of my folders and pull all the files out of them at once in explorer or some other app? I'm about 1/3rd of the way through my collection and going fast so I just wanted to know if there was a way I could save myself time. Not just for this one time but for in the future too.
