XP processor temps ????

I was wondering if and how much lower the operating temps of the XP processor's are compared to the Athlon T-bird's

How do you recognise something that is still technology?
A good clue is if it comes with a manual...

Using my KK-266 with a 1.0G Tbird at 10x150 (1500) and water cooling, I got 32-33C running P95. With an XP1800 at 11.5x133 (1530), I got 27C running P95. A 5-6C improvement. A footnote to the CPU change is 3D Mark 2001 score went up 26% with the XP at about the same speed as the Tbird. Actually a much slower FSB than the Tbird.
