File Protection

I have made a few images and was wondering if there was any way I could protect the file to where you can only view but you can't re-save or edit it.

Will it remain read-only or can it be changed once it is on some one else's system?

I'm transferring to my flash drive right now, I'll hurry and see.. I have been messing with the security option built into Vista but they are a little to confusing for how tired I am right now

I just tried it out on my other computer, It does allow you to change it so it can be edited.. Any other way I could protect it?

There is no way you can prevent changes to it. just not possible. You can watermark ir, making changes detectable, but that's it.

Now that I think about it, there really is no way to prevent changes to it.

Thanks =)
