mounting heatsink

would it be ok to mount my heatsink like this

if you cant tell i used the mobo riser on top and a screw on bottom to hold the heatsink in place will this work or was the the plastic peaces plastic for a reason

my plastic things were broke in transit from my rma

well i just put rubber washers under the screw heads and the screws are not threaded into the board they just go threw the hole and thread into mobo risers that just touch the heatsink.

will this be ok?
 
As long as the screws don't make contact with any electrical parts on the board , and the heatsink makes contact with the mosfets, then you'll be fine. Just don't tighten the screws too tight otherwise the board will bend to a point it will snap in that particular spot and kill it.
