budget core2 build

so as you guys can see in my sig... my comp is quite old.. although it still runs fast and perfectly fine.
But just to prepare for the occasional gaming and vista, I think it's time for an upgrade. Of course i want to get the most for my money so I'll probably be oc'ing a little bit but not excessive.

i'm a poor student still so my budget is set at ~$800.

i need a cpu, mobo, ram, vid card, psu, case... i'll be using my old drives, and stock hsf.

i'm thinking...
e6400
gigabyte ds3
2gb ram
nvidia 7950gt or ati x1950pro
corsair 520w psu

that's probably gonna put me over my budget already... so sad.

How about this to save a little cash:

E4300
Abit AB9
2X1GB DDR2-800 G. Skill RAM
GeForce 7900GS (see link for newegg special $150 after rebate)
Corsair 520w PSU (not much available that's as good, but cheaper)

was gonna suggest the same thing BB. the gskill ram i am thinking of though has the red heatspreaders and is going for $189 and is 2gig kit ddr2-800 5-5-5 timings. might be able to cut some by using the sparkel FSP550 unit for $101.
