recommended headsets


looking for a headset, my price range maybe around 150 MAX. i was looking at the zalman headset. looks great from the reviews. but it looks so big.

any suggestions? i usualy use for music, and gaming most of the time.

im using a sennhesier pc150.

I recommend Razer Barracuda HP-1s although most people on most forums will probably recommend the Sennheiser HD-280Pro Headphones. You would need to buy a clip-on mic or a desktop mic if you wanted to use a mic though.

Sennheiser HD all day theres sony mdr-from $80-120 wich are decent too.

i heard the razer headset is not great with other sound cards, but great with their razer sound card...

but then, i am looking for a headset.. with a mic. i was looking at turtle beach headsets.. any1 recommend any from turtle beach

I say it would be worth it to just buy a clip on mic or something like that along with an HD280Pro.

You can probably find a Sennheiser HD595 used for $150.

mm im pretty much open to suggestions. but the clipon mic and that. im not going bother.

edit - i just looked at the icemat headsets. my god ****ing sexy. theres alot of headsets which one is recommended? im not sure but are they 5.1 headsets?
