X1800GTO low GPU scores in 3dmark? Please advise.

First off, specs:

x2 3800 Windsor AM2 with lapped sunbeam silent tower 275X10 2750Mhz
Abit K9N SLI
2x 512 corsair xms2 ddr2 800
Coolermaster 600W
Raptor 74
Maxtor 160 sata
x1800gto 681/630
X-fi extreme music
Lite-on combo
Lite-on Lightscribe DL dvd+-rw
Floppy

My 3dmark scores are:
3Dmark 05: 8202 with 7314 for CPU. Only 900 for gpu??

3Dmark 06: 4086 with 2049 for cpu


For some reason the GPU scores seem wayy low for some reason..
Any suggestions as to why this may be and how to correct it?

when you compare @ orb the ones that are close to you are they using close to the same hw / clocks ?

No, cpu scores are separate. For example, you can push esc and skip the last two tests (which are cpu tests) and still get your 3dmark score. You're getting about 1k points more in '05 than my 7600gt does. So ignore the cpu score

1800xt stock scores 4800 in 06

Is yours 12 pipes or 16, cause i got mine and it was flashable so now i have it 16pipes at 625/625 and am getting ~9300points in 3DMark05. If yours is 12 then i would say that score is fine for it.

I will have to check on the pipes.. not sure if it is 12 or 16. I'll run Everest tonight and see. So, around 900 in 05 sounds right with 12 pipes? The rest of that score is CPU.

Well unless you flashed it then you have 12 pipes, so your scores are fine.
