Zeroize hdd

I tried googling and searching the forums.

either my search skills are dead, or something happened. I can not find any decent program (free) that lets you really delete a hdd

I have DLed (and am running) Eraser.. Which I found on google (and then again in the software thread)

Is this sufficient? I would like a windows run application so boot and Nuke is out... any suggestions?

I use eraser in windows for certain things also there is UBCD

I would also recommend the ultimate boot cd because it has so many useful tools. http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/ (It is working now)

If you just want the disk wipe program then DBAN is the one I would recommend. http://dban.sourceforge.net/

It is included on the ultimatebootcd though

yah I was looking for something I could run from windows so I can still continue in my normal working environment while zeroizing some spare hdds
