I am thinking of getting the following hardware to make a new PC:-

Mobo - http://komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=329724
CPU - http://komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=322635
RAM (4 sticks total) - http://komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=313834
Graphics - http://komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=324998&s=sc
HDD - http://komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=320128&s=sc
DVD/RW - http://komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=331155&s=sc

The PSU calculator suggests I need about 512Watt PSU, is that right? I have a few old low wattage PSU I was hoping to reuse via the dual PSU method.
What would you people suggest? if you can select a PSU from www.komplett.ie
Thanks.

That system should use around 200W at most, and probably 16-17A on the 12v rail. If any of your old PSUs have 20A or more on the 12v and are decent quality, then you can easily use one of those.

Another option is the Corsair HX520 which is available on that site. It's overkill for that system but it's a decent buy.

PSU calculators aren't accurate at all. They are probably created by 16 year olds or something.
