I have a Swiftech Storm Rev2 waterblock, will this be optimal for a dual core opteron or is the jet impregnation area too small and won cool the whole core?

Would a Apogee/ Apogee GT do any better? I am kinda partial to swiftech waterblocks.

I've heard the storm is still tops. I have the apogee gt and it keeps my chip under load at 39'C. My biggest suggestion is to pop the top of the opty. That dropped my load temps from about 55'C to under 40'C. My batch had horrible IHS to core contact.
