i just bought my new duron 900 and oc'd it at 1.2 Ghz(135x9, 1.76v, 45 full load temps)... have no idea yet how far it would get... well, tried to set it at 140x9<--- not good...if anyone do, pls. inform me also with your suggested settings...target is 1.3 Ghz... thanks!

That's a respectable oc already. Next step is to increase vcore to 1.8V and then increase FSB one notch at a time and watch the temps. If you get through Windows load then you are doing OK. Then put it under load and keep an eye on your 5V to see that its not falling too low (<4.8). Also watch your vcore reading. If it is not steady then it bodes ill. IMO looking at your temps you are going to struggle a bit without better cooling.
