If you have the required number of posts and still cannot see the classifieds; You want to take this issue up with a moderator by Private Message.

Such problems are not handled on the public forums because they indicate that you have a problem that needs to be fixed.

It would help if you actually read it. That thread will tell you why your classifieds access has been revoked, and the steps you can take to re-acquire it (if this thread has not sufficiently ticked off the mods who police our classifieds forum, which it very well might have).
