Help Oc Dfi Ultra

I just received my new memory from gskills from an rma , and i am having a time trying to get everything right, i have a venice 3000+ cpu , and the memory they send me is f1-4000usu2-2gbhz, which i must say gsills rep is a very helpifull person i rmad some drr600 which they dont have anymore and he got this from tiwan , can someone give me a starting point for me to get to 2.2 gigs , i am lost i been reading, thank you for any help.
