GD and ADFD Raptor in RAID 0?

I just got a second raptor (still in transit) from the classies, but I didn't think to look at the model before I bought the the thing. Now that I look at the pic the second raptor is an ADFD and not a GD like the first raptor. Is this going to be a problem if I run the two in RAID 0?

no it should be ok but the adfd will slow down to the GD's transfer rates and such.

Would the ADFD offset the benefit of running the two RAID 0?

What is this ADFD and GD stuff?? Why is the GD slower?? Thought there was only one model of the raptors so far?? (Im assuming were talking about the 16mb models)

the gd is the older model the adfd is the new model.

the gd is 8mb ram and the adfd is 16mb of ram.

Besides the biggier buffer, the STR is much higher on the new 36GB drives(like 30% real-world) and the firware is more desktop oriented. While the old drives are still admirable, it's a shame your stuck mixing them and bringing down the performance of the new drive with it. It'll probably work, but in no way optimal.
